Le PIC offers more than 2,000 workstations - a combination of hot desking, shared office space and private offices - on its 18,000 sq.m. premises.
The high-tech amenities include an array of meeting rooms, two auditoriums, audio and video studios and a screening room - a top-quality working environment designed with CSR best practices in mind.
In addition to its coworking space, Le PIC boasts 97 coliving studio apartments for company employees. This service also targets digital nomads and business people wishing to get a taste of life in Clermont Ferrand.
Le PIC is also a community space with areas open to the public:

Le PIC is a collaborative project launched in 2020 uniting five key local stakeholders organized in a real-estate company: Crédit Agricole Centre France, the Michelin Group, the Banque des Territoires, the Caisse d'Epargne Auvergne Limousin and the Puy-de-Dôme - Clermont Auvergne Metropole Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The project can also count on the support of a host of private companies and public authorities including the Clermont Auvergne Metropolitan Area, the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region and the French government. Cardinal Promotion is the real-estate developer and the facility manager is Turing 22, a big name in the coworking business.
The program involves redeveloping an entire plot of Michelin’s historic industrial site which will be converted into complex where people can live, work and play. Wood features heavily in the structural elements and cladding and resonates with the green landscaping as well as contributing to the indoor and outdoor thermal comfort in the summer.
The architectural and landscaping designs are carefully calibrated with a compact footprint so as to save on raw materials and prioritize energy efficiency while guaranteeing maximum comfort and well-being for the users.
The 1.5-hectare public park, which opened in January 2026, is an urban biotope planted with a mix of perennials, grasses and bushes, selected for their compatibility with local pedoclimatic conditions.
It has become a new green lung for the residents of the Clermont Ferrand area and hosts a variety of cultural events and themed activities throughout the year.
